- Managed communication between the partners, engineer, architect, and general contractor to delineate the scope of work – involving building value engineering, lighter structure of upper floors, and installation of 230 piles for the building’s foundation.
Structured a financial package and coordinated the funding with various government agencies and the bank.
- Monitored the project requisition process to ensure funding was released on time and the project was completed within budget.
